Email Verification Tools Software

What Makes A Good Email Verification Tools?

Email verification tools are essential when you’re trying to grow your list. There are two main reasons why you’d want to collect email addresses: 1) To send out valuable information to your subscribers 2) To collect leads through signups. It’s really up to you whether you want to send out newsletters or lead magnets, but there’s no denying that collecting email addresses is one of the most effective ways to grow your subscriber base.

The best way to collect email addresses is by asking for them directly. But, since it’s against our Terms & Conditions to ask for email addresses (unless you’re doing it specifically for a giveaway), we recommend using a service called MailChimp. We’ve been using MailChimp for years now and haven’t had any issues. Plus, MailChimp is free for small businesses (and free forever)!

MailChimp has a ton of awesome features. Here are some of our favorites:

Automated List Building: If you’re looking for a way to create automated emails, MailChimp gives you the ability to set up triggers to automatically send out messages to mailing lists. These emails could be sent regularly, once per day, or whenever someone signs up for your list.

List Segmenting: When you’re creating a new mailing list, MailChimp lets you segment your list into subgroups based on various criteria. So, if you wanted to target specific groups to receive more relevant information, you could segment your list based on location, previous purchases, interests, etc.

Contact Lists: Another cool MailChimp feature is its contact lists. With these lists, you can group contacts together based on similar characteristics. These lists help you send personalized messages to each individual on your list.

Smart Filters: If you’re sending out lots of emails, you’ll want to use smart filters to categorize your messages. MailChimp has a ton to offer here. You can filter based on the number of emails received, the date they were received, the sender, subject line, content, etc.

Reporting: MailChimp has built-in reporting functions that allow you to see exactly where your money went. You can track costs per email, bounce rates, unsubscribes, open rates, click-through rates, and much more. All this data helps you make better decisions about your marketing efforts.
